Participants who would like to actively participate in the Meeting, are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.


The material submitted should be unpublished and not have been presented in any other meeting.

The Committee reserves the right to: 1) select the abstracts relevant to the sessions; 2) decide on the final form of presentation.

Please indicate in the system who will be the corresponding author (contact person) and presenting author. The contact person will receive all the notifications regarding the abstract and its presentation.
IMPORTANT: Note that there will be a limit of two abstracts per presenting author. Presenting authors whose abstract has been notified accepted must be registered to the Conference within the indicated deadline. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the conference programme.


  • Posters need to be held up on Thursday, April 12th from 9:00h (GTM+1 time) to 16:00h (GTM+1 time) and it is must be removed by the poster presenter April 13th from 16:00h to 19:00h (GTM+1 time).
  • Presentation sessions will take place during the Conference Coffee Breaks. Authors should be located close to their poster.
  • Please note that the Organizing Committee will not take responsibility for posters that are not removed on time

All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online platform before January 15th 2018 at 23:59h GMT+1 (Spanish Local time).
  • Abstracts received after this deadline will not be considered.
  • Abstracts submitted by email or post mail will not be accepted.
All abstracts must only be submitted in English.


  • Abstract title:
    • Please do not indent. The extension limit will be 25 words.
  • Keywords:
    • Authors are requested to mention a minimum of two and a maximum of five keywords.
  • Abstract:
    • Abstracts must be submitted in a Word file and have a maximum of 250 words.
    • The abstract should have the following structure: introduction, material and methods, results, conclusions. Please note each section title must be typed in bold.
    • Graphics and tables will be allowed. Pictures and images will not be accepted.
Please make sure you check your abstract carefully before finalising your submission. IMPORTANT: No modifications will be allowed after the submission’s deadline.


Authors are urged to carefully consider the list of topics, before indicating the appropriate topic for their abstract. The list of topics is as follows:
  • Assessing the Genetic risk in infertile couples and gamete donors
  • Biomarkers of ovarian reserve, sperm and oocyte quality
  • Assessing embryo viability
  • Biomarkers of uterine health and receptivity
  • Biomarkers for normal and pathologic pregnancy


Author names and affiliations: Where the family name may be ambiguous (e.g., a double name), please indicate this clearly. Institution, department and location are requested from all authors.

Contact person: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication (and post-publication).  Ensure the information provided is correct and make sure contact details (phone number and email) are right for the corresponding author and the presenting author as these will be used for contact purposes.
